Introduction

Due to rapid expansion, our client Montash recruitment made the decision to merge their 2

smaller office centers into 1 new large office center, based at Old Street London. This was they

could operate more efficiently by saving time not having to travel to and from each office.

Customer requirements

We were required to remove all existing internal partition walls, remove the existing flooring and all existing services. The customer required a dividing party wall from slab to slab to divide the front of house client area from the back of house open plan colleague areas. It was important to incorporate as much frameless glass partitions as possible to give the feel that the office was still open planned. Provide new flooring throughout the floor level including corporate colour design work. Install 2 kitchenettes both front and back of house

Full project management

Strip out of  existing partition walls, flooring and services

Installation of Acoustic plasterboard partition walls using approved BG materials.

Installation of single glazed frameless glass partitions

Manifestation designs

Company branding

Walnut door and frame

Ironmongery to all glass and timber doors

Supply & install new hard wearing floor finishes throughout, including corporate design work

Provide acoustic sound barriers above the existing suspended ceiling.

Full decoration to the entire office space.

New kitchenette tea points

Supply & install a complete power, lighting and data fit-out.
