Finsbury square and soon discovered the power of office leasing. With a potential boost in
revenue, it became apparent that they needed to divide the space up as soon as possible to
maximize their office space to their tenants.

Customer requirements
Full Office Fit-Out to divide the open plan basement level into smaller office suites which were to be rented to tenants requiring between 4 and 10 person offices. Install a range of meeting and boardrooms that can be rented and accessed by the tenants. Install a welcoming reception area. Provide tea point facilities. Install both power, lighting, data and AV infrastructure throughout the office suites. Reconfigure the remaining open plan area which would become Bishopsgate Financials personal office suite. Full decoration and new flooring installation to the entire floor level.
