Introduction
We were approached by Orega serviced office centers in 2013, in which they were running 5 very successful business centers at the time. Having carried out a substantial amount of partition wall, flooring, joinery and suspended ceiling work within their Hammersmith, Wandsworth and Moorgate centers, their office managers recommended us to their Holborn center. Since then our scope of works has been ongoing within this center also, with an almost constant flow of weekly reconfiguration, maintenance and office related projects.

Customer requirements
Comprising of 4 floors within the 16 High Holborn building, Premfix were required to demolish and adjust existing partition walls, make good and decorate, install new flooring and also replace existing suspended ceiling. We have introduced our frameless glass partition system within this center and this is now in high abundance on all floors. Working closely with the Orega letting the team, our quotations need to be fast, descriptive and competitive, to ensure the team secure the sale for any potential new customers. Once there customer signs the lease, we need to move quickly to refurbish and install the necessary office changes before the new tenant moves in. We also provide a maintenance service, plumbing attendance and provide electrical and data fit-outs across all floor levels.
