Introduction
The core building had undergone the process of a full demo and strip out. With new eternal
windows installed and the M&E install completed, the floor levels were sub-let to new tenants.
Premfix Interiors were contracted to complete the Cat A fit-out and undertook the main contracting the project behalf of a group of clients architects.

Customer requirements
To install slab to slab soundproof partition walls to create a comms room, which was an extension of the current riser cupboard.
Install slab to slab partition walls to create WC & kitchenette, as well as directors office and staff boardroom. Use glass partition system allow the natural light into both the director's office and boardroom.
