Our scope of works involved the suppy & install of all internal solid dividing office partitions, as part of a Cat B project undertaken by Premfix at York House in Wembley London. Our solid partition specification consisted of 50mm aluminium C stud, either 1 or 2 layers of standard plasterboard, depending on location, 25mm insulation within the void & full decoration to all walls. Our finishing details included white painted square edge MDF skirtings & our own system PVC top trims to all partition wall to suspended ceiling abutments. To aid with the reduction of sound tranfer between each office, we installed 100mm foiled faced acoustic barriers above the suspended ceiling, to reudce cross torque attenuation.
