Introduction
Charter House Accountancy took the lease on a 4th floor CAT A office space in the Harrow
town centre. Due to their increasing expansion and the need to take on more staff to suit
their growth, they were looking for a full design & build office fit out.

Customer requirements
Charter House required 2 open plan working areas to house a potential 75-120 employees. A fully functional kitchenette tea point, complete with dish washing facilities, coffee machine and refrigeration. They required 2 large boardrooms to suit up to 14 people within each room, 2 smaller meeting rooms to suit up to 6 people & private interview rooms, suited for 2-4 peoples. They also required a welcoming, professional reception area, dedicated server room & 6 director and manager offices. Charter House also planned to lease a section of their floor space to a smaller independent tenant, so a secondary tea point, director offices and meeting rooms were also required to be constructed, in fitting with the stylistics and designs of the main areas. The area also required a fire rated party wall between the 2 working businesses.

Supply & install solid core Walnut doors and frames, including satin stainless steel ironmongery
Access control systems
Supply & install new commercial grade flooring throughout, including inset designs
Provide acoustic sound barriers above the existing metal suspended ceiling.
New reception desk and signage.
A full decoration of the entire office space.
New reception feature walls and reception desk.
New kitchenette tea points, including the supply of all white goods.
Install free issue client furniture and disposal of all redundant materials.
