Introduction
After another main contractor had re-fit the entire 8 story building into a Cat A centre,
Premfix were contracted to carry out the CAT B installation to a number of different suites
in readiness for new tenants occupancies.

Challenges
The flooring levels within the office suites were different from the main corridor and reception levels, so each suite required additional floor levelling works before we could carry out any fit-out build works. This caused a delay on the program and held up several trades. Fast track re-scheduling of the project's program enabled us to complete the deadline
